Hi there! I’m Upma. 
I started my work life as a video producer/editor for corporate educational videos; I have since morphed into a user experience designer. I like helping people, solving problems, telling stories and communicating with clarity.
I am particularly interested in designing for the healthcare space with an eye toward inclusive design, accessibility concerns, and service design.
